JBL Soundbar 3.1 & 2.1 Models

• Power on your soundbar and wait for the soundbar to boot up.
• Press the Volume +, Volume –, and Input Source button on your JBL Soundbar.

• Hold them until you see a RESET message on your soundbar’s display.

JBL Soundbar 9.1 Model

• Plug the power cable of your soundbar into the wall outlet and switch it on.
• Press and hold the Source and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds

• Release the buttons when the word RESET appears on the soundbar display.

JBL Soundbar Cinema SB Models

If you’re one of the JBL Cinema Soundbar users, here are the steps to reset them.

• JBL Cinema SB110:
  • Press and hold the Volume Up and Source buttons simultaneously.
  • Hold them till you see the RESET message on the soundbar display.
• JBL Cinema SB (560, 580, 370, 270, 120, 150, 160, 550, 590, 190):
  • Press and hold the Source and Power buttons together.
  • The red LED will turn blue, and a white light will flash.
  • This indicates the reset process is completed.
• JBL Cinema SB170:
  • Thumb down the Power and Input buttons for 10 seconds.
  • A White and orange light will blink in a sequence to indicate the reset is done.
• JBL Cinema SB200:
  • Hold the Surround button on your soundbar.

  • Now, you have successfully reset your JBL Cinema Soundbar.
• JBL Cinema SB (250, 300, 350) & JBL Cinema UB4100:
  • Pin the Volume Down and Surround buttons simultaneously on your soundbar.
  • You will see a flashing white light indicating the reset is complete.
• JBL Cinema SB400:
  • Hold down the Volume Up/Down and Surround buttons simultaneously for 5–7 seconds.
  • The white LED on the soundbar display will flash to confirm the reset.
